?? Credit Notes Button Diagnostics

Purpose: This page helps diagnose why the Create Credit Note button is disabled.

Test 1: Check if Elements Exist

Test 2: Check Current Form State

Test 3: Simulate Button Enable

Test 4: Open Actual Modal

Go to Credit Notes Page

Instructions:

  1. Click the button above to go to the credit notes page
  2. Press F12 to open Developer Tools
  3. Go to Console tab
  4. Click "+ Create Credit Note" button
  5. Follow these steps in order:
    1. Select a document from dropdown (e.g., "INV-20251014-0001")
    2. Click "Load Items" button ? Critical!
    3. Check at least one item checkbox
    4. Select "Return Reason"
    5. Select "Refund Method"
  6. Watch the help text at bottom of modal update
  7. Button should turn from grayed out to bright green
