Quotation Formatting & Branding

Configure how quotations appear when generated as PDFs. These settings apply to the new quotation layout and override default invoice branding where specified.

Displayed prominently at the top of the PDF.
If disabled the header renders without any logo.
Provide a relative file path for a specific quotation logo. Remote URLs are not supported by the PDF generator.
Optional images appended beneath the footer text (signatures, stamps, marketing banners). Enter absolute or project-relative paths.

Dimensional Accounting Defaults
IFRS Compliance: These dimensions are automatically applied to all sales and POS transactions. This keeps dimensional tracking transparent to front-line staff while ensuring proper cost allocation and reporting.

Purchase Settings

VAT Settings

Default VAT rate for sales, POS, invoices, and other transactions
Fallback VAT rate if primary rate is not available

Tax Settings

Applied to taxable profit at year end.
Enable to include corporate tax in year-end reporting.
Applied to net capital gains.
Enable to include capital gains tax in year-end reporting.
Comma-separated account codes used for capital gains income.
Comma-separated account codes used for capital gains costs.

Security Settings

When enabled, tokens get very long expiries and inactivity logout is disabled for development.
Applies to all ERP pages (not POS). Users are logged out after this many minutes with no mouse, keyboard, or touch activity. Default: 3 minutes.
Applies to POS / cashier screens only. Shorter timeout protects shared tills. Default: 1 minute.
How many minutes before ERP timeout to show the idle warning (ignored for very short POS timeouts — those warn automatically ~25% before logout).
If less than this amount of time remains on the token during activity, a refresh will be attempted.

CNP License Management

Issue yearly purchase tokens, renew subscriptions, and monitor on-premise server heartbeats. Only visible to super administrators.
