After download
  1. Extract the ZIP to a folder (e.g. C:\CNPERP)
  2. Right-click deploy\local-server\Install-CNPERP-Local.ps1 → Run with PowerShell as Administrator
  3. Use desktop shortcut CNPERP Server (keep the window open)
  4. Open CNPERP Setup Wizard — license key, then company setup
