Using job cards
- Open Job Cards (Manufacturing or Sales menu).
- Create from quotation or new card — customer, product, dates, notes.
- Populate materials from a recipe/BOM or enter lines; add labour and notes.
- Industry packs may show extra fields (e.g. VIN / BoQ) when enabled.
- Move status through to Completed, then use ready-to-invoice queues to bill.
BOM integration
- Maintain assemblies on the product BOM editor or platform recipes.
- Nested BOM and phantoms are supported on platform recipes.
- UOM conversion to base units applies when materials are issued on manufacturing WOs.
- Keep materials in the correct HQ/branch pool (and RAW location) before issue.
By role
- Sales — create job from quotation; track ready-to-invoice
- Production / workshop — materials, labour, status updates
- Store — issue materials consistent with BOM need
- Accountant — complete ? invoice; cost and margin review
