Licensing & plans

How do I view or upgrade my licence?

Open Help → License & Subscription. Company admins can paste a new licence key to upgrade instantly (Standard, Professional, or Enterprise).

What is the difference between cloud and local deployment?

Cloud runs on CNP's hosted server. Local runs on your LAN PC/server and can sync to the cloud. Your licence key specifies cloud, local, or both.

My licence expired — what happens?

After the grace period, API access is blocked until a valid licence is applied. Contact CNP Solutions with your company code for renewal.

Setup & access

First-time company setup?

Use the setup wizard at /setup with your licence key. See Client-Server Setup Guide for LAN installs.

I forgot my password.

Ask your company administrator to reset your account, or contact CNP Support if you are the admin.

How do I add more users?

Admins go to Users. User limits depend on your plan tier and licence.

Accounting & dimensions

What are dimensional balances?

They break account balances by branch, department, project, or cost centre. Read the Dimensional Balances Guide.

Journal entry won't post — approval required?

Check Workflows and pending approvals in the navbar bell icon. Some amounts require manager sign-off.
