Quick answers about CNPERP licensing, setup, and daily use.
Open Help → License & Subscription. Company admins can paste a new licence key to upgrade instantly (Standard, Professional, or Enterprise).
Cloud runs on CNP's hosted server. Local runs on your LAN PC/server and can sync to the cloud. Your licence key specifies cloud, local, or both.
After the grace period, API access is blocked until a valid licence is applied. Contact CNP Solutions with your company code for renewal.
Use the setup wizard at /setup with your licence key. See Client-Server Setup Guide for LAN installs.
Ask your company administrator to reset your account, or contact CNP Support if you are the admin.
Admins go to Users. User limits depend on your plan tier and licence.
They break account balances by branch, department, project, or cost centre. Read the Dimensional Balances Guide.
Check Workflows and pending approvals in the navbar bell icon. Some amounts require manager sign-off.
By design only the HQ MAIN warehouse is created by default. Branch warehouses are created when you add a branch, or when you manually create and designate one. See the Warehousing Guide.
Locations on each warehouse: raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods. Manufacturing Issue moves RAW→WIP; Complete moves WIP→FG.
HQ/branch pools are the system of record for manufacturing availability. Warehouse balances mirror receive/issue/complete. Receive with “Also credit pool” keeps both aligned.
Create a platform recipe under Recipes/BOM, ensure materials in pool/RAW, then use Manufacturing Work Orders (Pick → Release → Issue → Complete) or Manufacture from Recipe. Quick start: Recipes.
Job cards suit workshop/quotation jobs ending in invoice. Work orders suit batch production with warehouse WIP. See Job Cards & BOM.
