Approval ladder (cash & finance)

Who acts on petty cash, POS settlement, cash transfers, and Phase 1 finance workflows.

1. Cashier — POS, float, requests
2. Supervisor — first-line review
3. Manager — branch / ops approve
4. Accountant — fund / close / books
5. Finance Manager → CFO → CEO — finance & executive

Administrator / company owner

• Licence + company setup; branches; users & roles.
• Warehousing: Ensure HQ warehouse once; branch warehouses appear when branches are created (or create manually).
• Manufacturing: Enable industry packs; approve work centres and recipe standards.
• Help: Warehousing, Setup, Licence.

Store / warehouse

• Receive to RAW (credit pool when goods are for sale/production).
• Transfer between RAW / WIP / FG as directed.
• Support work orders: Pick list, Issue materials.
• Help: Warehousing, Inventory.

Production / manufacturing

• Maintain recipes & BOM; create work orders; Pick → Release → Issue → Complete.
• Job cards for workshop / quotation-linked jobs.
• Help: Manufacturing, Recipes, Job Cards.

Accountant / finance

• Manufacturing cost entries; FG receipts into HQ/branch inventory after Complete.
• Job cards ready-to-invoice → sales invoices.
• Dimensional balances, journals, banking, year-end.
• Workflows: Fund petty cash, close POS settlements, journal/vendor-payment/credit-note/period-close approval paths.
• Help: Accountant training, Workflows, Journals, Reports.

Sales / quotations

• Customers, quotations, invoices, credit notes.
• Create job cards from quotations when workshop fulfilment is needed.
• Help: Sales, Job Cards.

Cashier / POS

• POS sales, cash drawer, weight products if used.
• Submit POS cash settlement and petty-cash requests; wait for supervisor → manager → accountant.
• Stock comes from inventory pools — no warehouse setup required day-to-day.
• Help: POS, Cashier training chapter, Weight products.

Purchasing

• Suppliers, POs, goods receipt — then store receives into RAW / pool as needed.
• Help: Purchasing, Warehousing.
